It is nice to sit outside, but your personal details are left on the table during Corona and are not taken into account. Has happened to me twice now. If so, why does the café do this in the first place. Actually not allowed, that's data protection and my personal data can be viewed by the following people. Very bad service in this regard, otherwise the staff leaves a lot to be desired, a shame, so a bad rating

Surprise!!! The ice cream tastes very good but masks were not worn by the waitress, although the customers asked for it. In the current situation, I find that pretty reckless. Everywhere else in the Crailsheim shops, employees wore masks.

Unfortunately, only bad experiences at the time ... Orders are not understood despite multiple requests from the staff ... Today I wanted to have 2 iced teas in a big mug that I had one armful full of books and a bag, I am aware that I will pay for 2 even if both are in one mug. and got 2 small cups even though I repeated it 5 times without exaggeration.

The ice cream is extremely delicious and the selection is top .... we have been customers for years but the friendliness of the staff leaves something to be desired and therefore you have no desire to continue supporting you! Even in times of Corona you should be respectful and polite to your customers !!!!! Have been with you twice in the last 1 1/2 weeks and every time you have been pampy, unfriendly and after each bullet with the words "continue" you were instructed to look faster and order faster ....
